How do we know that a circle has 360 degrees? By proving it, of course! Here, an 8-year-old student uses a protractor and compass to measure and draw the angles created by his array of triangles, and in doing so discovers that they add up to a full circle. Notice that he double checks his proof with a quick division problem in the top corner of each page.
