Browse By Role All Roles Faculty Leadership Search Fangfang Yang Head Montessori Teacher (Primary), Mandarin Immersion Fangfang Yang Head Montessori Teacher (Primary), Mandarin Immersion Ms. Fangfang Yang is from Beijing, China, and speaks fluent Mandarin. She spent six years in Japan for university and work, later serving in a senior leadership role at the China branch of a Japanese company, gaining valuable experience in cross-cultural communication and international teamwork. She joined LePort in 2023, bringing a strong sense of professionalism, cultural insight, and deep care for young children. She holds an American Montessori Society Early Childhood certification and is passionate about guiding each child’s academic, social, and emotional development. In her classroom, she focuses on building communication skills, emotional awareness, and respectful interactions. Through consistency, grace, and meaningful work, she nurtures children’s inner discipline, confidence, and kindness. As a mother of two daughters, Yang Laoshi understands the importance of connection, rhythm, and intentional care in the early years. Outside of school, she enjoys yoga, nature walks, reading with her children, and making simple crafts. She believes wholeheartedly in the lasting impact of early childhood education and is honored to grow alongside the children in her care. Yolanda Yang Head Montessori Teacher (Primary), Mandarin Immersion Yolanda Yang Head Montessori Teacher (Primary), Mandarin Immersion Ms. Yolanda Yang Laoshi began her LePort career as the English teacher at the Irvine Mandarin campus. After a few years, she transitioned to teaching Mandarin. She grew up in Orange County, California in a bilingual household, speaking Mandarin and English. Yang Laoshi received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Northwestern University and worked for several years in Quality Systems before deciding to become a Montessori teacher. She earned her American Montessori Society credential from the Montessori Teacher Education Program at University of California Irvine.
