Parent Talk on Tantrums: what they are, and how to prevent and diffuse them

Thursday, February 13th • 8:30am to 9:30am

In this talk, Alejandra Rosas from the Montessori Institute of San Diego, will discuss the subject of tantrums and how to understand what a tantrum is by exploring the developing brain. Rosas will also share specific parenting tools and techniques to diffuse tantrums and help children be aware of their emotions.

Due to the event format as a parent talk LePort asks that only adults attend as we are unable to provide childcare during this event.
